Foxx Get Sued, Sues Others To Pick Up Tab!

Jamie Foxx is getting sued and will not take it lying down!!!!
Jamie, along with everyone else involved, is being sued by a bartender claiming to have suffered 170 stitches and nerve damage after falling on broken glass at an event at club Social in 2007
Foxx played host that night and unless he pushed the bartender into the glass, we don't see how he is responsible!
He feels the same - so he's suing back!!!!!
Foxx filed a lawsuit against Social and a few other companies in order to pay his legal fees.
And rightfully so!
But doesn't he have insurance for such things???

A Very Important Message From Tim Gunn!
Tuesday marked the release of the Jonas Brothers' fourth album, Lines, Vines and Trying Times.
To celebrate, the guys did what they usually do when one of their albums hits the stores... They went to buy one!
But luckily for us, they taped it all as they made their trip to Wal-Mart to guy a few CDs and hand them out.
Sure, it's a shameless plug for them and their album to film it all, but, hey, it works!
Check out the video above to watch Nick, Joe, and Kevin as they drive to the store, get spotted by some tween fans, buy several copies of their CD, sign some autographs, and hand out a few albums to some random store customers.

insurance companies do not pay out for frivilous claims, let alone stupidity. do insurance companies sell insurance to hosts of events, i dont think so.
but if you were a money grubbing sue happy jerk, would you sue a club, or a huge movie star? some people are just so dumb. jamie should get all of his legal costs awarded to him AFTER this is thrown out.
He's worthless.
