Twilight co-star and klutz Kristen Stewart seems to be hard at work on her new role playing legendary rocker Joan Jett in the upcoming The Runways biopic.
Yesterday, Stewart was spotted leaving a hotel in North Hollywood with Joan and Joan's manager and co-producer of the film, Kenny Laguna.
The hair makes the two ladies look slightly similar, but at 50-years-old Joan's still looking hotter than Stewart!

I'm not a huuuuge fan of Joan Jett, but she's an icon, isn't she? When this film tanks and bad reviews are given to the vapid, untalented, expressionless Kristen Stewart, I think she'll regret her decision to let Stewart play her. It's a biopic! You gotta get someone good to make you look good! There are most likely 1000 different actresses who could do a better and more realistic, entertaining job. I'm not a jealous Twilighter, I'm just someone likes film and rock n' roll, and can't stand poor portrayals. But, maybe I'm being a bitch. She may do well, but her track record says otherwise.

i like kristen because she's socially awkward and not full of herself. i like that she's clumsy, studders and fidgets when she's nervous. i like that you don't see her out acting like typical young hollywood; for example: lindsay lohan or paris hilton. as far as her acting goes, i think she's alright. i think she has talent and she's still developing it. you should ease up on her; she's not as bad as you make her out to be.
in twilight she played a character much like herself. this film will be her test, but i bet the joan jett people know what theyre doing. im sure they did their homework

I saw Joan Jett at the Whisky-A-GoGo in 1982. It was a great show. Imagine my surprise when everyone in the audience was a lesbian. Very cool! Will they cover that aspect in the movie? Joan is gay.
