Twilight co-star and klutz Kristen Stewart seems to be hard at work on her new role playing legendary rocker Joan Jett in the upcoming The Runways biopic.
Yesterday, Stewart was spotted leaving a hotel in North Hollywood with Joan and Joan's manager and co-producer of the film, Kenny Laguna.
The hair makes the two ladies look slightly similar, but at 50-years-old Joan's still looking hotter than Stewart!

I'm going to go out on a limb and guess that most of you aren't old enough to remember the Runaways OR Joan Jett OR Lita Ford….right? Those were some badass rock chicks. Because Joan kicked the door down for females in rock 'n roll. The Runaways were 16 year old girls who played kick ass rock n roll. Joan has been touring steady for 34 years and has a great fanbase that spans from older adults to teenagers who are just now discovering her music.

I think part of the reason Joan looks so hot is that she chose her own haircut, and she's rocking it out. Kristen just looks like she's trying to hide it until she can do what she wants with her hair. Though I like the soft look she has when playing Bella, I somehow think that not even that is what she would want for herself…

i think she's gonna do a good job playing joan jett especially because its a real person. she really did seem a lot like bella when she did twilight because she had something to go off of. JJ is there telling her exactly what every moment was like and how she felt and what she did so i think shes gonna do a great job. she also did an amazing job in Speak.
