Usher's Divorce Is Getting Nasty!

Usher is demanding every document that ex-wife Tameka Foster collected during their 11-month marriage!
Wait, we thought they were married for 2 years??
According to the legal docs, the couple has been separated since July 2008!
Anyway, Usher is asking for a laundry list of "tax files, paycheck stubs, bank account information and other financial records, insurance policies, real-estate rental agreements, medical records and automobile registrations" from Tameka, but Ush is also asking for a whole load of other documents.
The R&B star might think Foster hired a private investigator to find out if he was cheating on her, because Usher is also demanding "notes, cards, letters, photographs, film, documents, tapes, voice recordings, gift, jewelry, clothes… detective reports, photos or recordings that have resulted from either 'surveillance or investigation'" from his babymomma!!

We can't wait to hear what they find!!!
Thankfully, both parties are requesting joint custody of sons Usher V and Naviyd Ely because they're "substantially dependent upon each party for support."
A custody battle would be horrendous to add on top of the rest of the legal dramz!

not surprised at all… when these two were getting married, then cancelled the wedding, his Mum hated her, she was undergoing all that plastic surgery and everyone saying she's a gold-digger… I know a bit about marriage and if it starts like this well hummm then obviously it ends up in nasty divorce, only sorry they had children!

Why would he be so hell bent on retrieving photos & recordings, unless he's got major shit to hide. Why would she have surveillance tapes, unless she needed to have something to blackmail him with. It's probably what my friend & I have suspected all along. He's Bi.
idk if anyone else has caught this but… i'm a law student and its actually part of normal discovery to ask for those things. everyone pretty much asks for a standard list of things and those things are on there, even if there is really no suspicion about the use of a private investigator
I think Usher deserves every bit of the babymama drama because the idiot asked for it to begin with. Tameka if I were you I would take every single dime off this cheater because he deserves to pay for it. Nobody forced him to have kids or get married. A cheater is always a cheater and lets face it he's a womanizer too. Then again most black celebrities are unfaithful to their wives.
That woman is the definition of golddigger! I mean my cousin works as a teller where they do their banking, and he told me she was trying to cut the line by using the phrase "Do you know who I am?" when he said no she was all, "I'm Usher's wife!" and that was only a few weeks ago.
