Ryan Cabrera Facing Lawsuit
Z-list singer Ryan Cabrera is being sued by two women, claiming that his driveway seriously injured and almost killed them!
According to the suit, Claudia Abraham and Mary DiPersio decided to give Cabrera a ride home from a bar. After Cabrera invited them into his home, they walked down the driveway, which they claim was steep, poorly lit and "littered with leaves and debris, and contained unsafe, slippery tiles," causing them to slip and seriously injure themselves.
Abraham allegedly suffered "major brain trauma injury, requiring multiple surgeries, and was in a coma, near death" while DiPersio sustained injuries to her face, head, neck, and hands, which required surgery to correct.
Sounds like a pretty violent accident!
Was an ambulance called? Is there a police report?
Why did the lawsuit take so long?

wow, anything for money. i don't understand why some people can't just be happy to be alive. if this is even true, it's their own fault for offering to take him home and what not. people are so dumb.
Good luck with that lawsuit. He offered to let them stay and they refused. Also, isn't the fact that they with Ryan Cabrera in the first place proof that they were already brain deficient?

Another frivolous lawsuit in our great country. Accidents happen. Get over it.
it's a shame, i've met him a few times and have a couple friends who know him personally, he's one of the nicest guys. if someone was injured at his house that badly he would've helped them. you can say whatever you want on the paperwork when you file a lawsuit, but i hope ryan's insurance and legal team see how suspicious this is and go fact finding. this story doesn't sound true at all.
This sounds like pure bullshit! Ryan is such a sweetheart! I've seen him perform twice and I met him a couple years ago and he is such a sweetheart! He gave me a hug! these women are liers it shows with what they are claiming and how long it took to file the lawsuit. any moran could see that. and so what his drive way was full of leaves and slippery. they could have just dropped him off and made sure he made it to the door instead. and just so you know Perezx Ryan is NOT Z List and He is a amazing talented musican. He has a new album out right now and is now a indie artist.

Home owners are responsible. That's why most have home owner's insurance.
