Michael Jackson has been looking pretty thin lately and needs to bulk up for his upcoming 50 concert residency at London's O2 arena.
Who does he turn to?!
Lou Ferrigno, of course!!!!!!
The Incredible Hulk alum has taken the role of Jackson's physical trainer to prep him for his comeback shows starting in July.
We wonder what those sweat sessions are like!!!
"Lou and Michael have known each other for a long time," says Lou's wife, Carla, who confirmed the news. "Lou first trained Michael 15-years ago."
The two-time Mr. Universe has trained other celebrity clients, including Mickey Rourke and Chuck Norris.

Lou is a super nice guy. I worked an autograph signing with him a few years back. He didn't carry any of his own luggage, but gave us all a free photo-op.

I agree! I will never understand why people doubt the Greatness that is Michael Jackson. He announced back in March that he would be doing these show's, and here it is June, 25 days away from the first concert and people are still thinking (or should I say hoping) that he is not going to perform… though we (fans) have been hearing such wonderful things about the developments. I guess the hater's aren't fortunate enough to know some of the great details that we have been finding out along the way regarding the shows. Some of the joy we get about these show's come from Kenny Ortega himself (for all you haters who don't know who Kenny Ortega is, he is the man directing these wonderful shows) Gosh it feels so good to be in the know
. Can't flippin wait! The King is going to be moonwalking all over that stage!

Yeah that's right… REHEARSALS.
The same rehearsals that the media was just saying not that long ago that Michael "never show's up for" LMAO. Yeah right….. I just get a good laugh at some of these silly reports. Wonder what their gonna say next?? One day Michael has a flesh eating skin disorder, the next day he is an anorexic, the next day he is too skinny to perform, the next day he is being sued by everybody and their momma (which he is usually frivolously sued, which is no surprise by now), the next day he isn't showing up to rehearsals (though he was pictured going into rehearsals, and his crew, including Kenny Ortega talk about his rehearsals all the time)… I know I'm missing alot of other crap that mysteriously has come out of the blue since the announcement of his tours in March.

I agree with that. Though him not being healthy is bologny, and I'm sure he is just as happy as anybody else. But we all must realize that a person can't be happy 24/7 when you have media down your throat constantly, but one thing about Michael, if he isn't happy (which I think he is) you would never know. Especially when in public he always greets his fans, and even the dang paparrazzi with a smile, hugs, autographs, and hand shakes. I don't see any other celebs. who go that extra mile to always show their appreciation, especially if they are unhappy.

Chuck Norris is gross. Lou Ferrigno, on the other hand, will ALWAYS be gorgeous and hot. Compare him to Arnie and Lou looks better all the time. Arnold only beat him at Mr Oympia due to politics. Lou always had a fabulous physique and the personality to go with it. Love ya, Lou!
