Now, we're not saying that Adam Lambert is headed toward the same fate as oh, Lindsay Lohan, but with reports that Lambert is looking into purchasing some property in our current economy, we'd caution him to invest wisely!
Lambert recently said, "I think I’m going to buy a house. It’s a little ways off. I’ll probably wait until the end of the year. That’s exciting to me, to have a home."
Just don't go crazy with the green!

Well you may want to hire a sound financial manager, if any of this exposure is making you enough money to require one - and that financial advisor will tell you that this is the BEST time to buy a house as the market has bottomed out and with the right investments and mortgage product, Mr. Lambert COULD potentially make a fortune as things turn around in the next several years. Of course, Lambert is young - I guess it might not be such a good investment for YOU, as you might not be relevant (if, indeed, you are relevant to begin with) in the 4-5 years experts estimate it will take for housing commodities to fully recover in many areas - you'll be too old.

Purchasing a house in this economy IS smart though, as anything he purchases is likely to increase in value once the housing market recovers. Houses are long term investments, so buying now means he could turn a huge profit later.

Adam is 27, he is an adult who earns his own money, and I have a feeling he is a very smart guy. He is also lucky to have very loving and supportive parents to advise him and help him. And actually with the real estate market being in such a bad shape now, the inventory of houses for sale is huge and home prices going down. Adam can get an excellent value/bargain. If he can afford the house, it's the best time to buy it.

This is the best time to buy a house/property. it's the buyers market. Owning a home is the smartest investment a person can make. The mortgage interest rates are at the lowest ever. An inventory of unsold homes is humongous, homes sit on the market for months, sellers are desperate to sell, home prices are going down and if someone has $$$ for a down payment and excellent credit history, they can buy a house of their dreams.
It's a great time to buy and stretch your real estate dollar, it's a smart move. Prolly another reason you can't stand him Perez. We know you'd take it in the arse from him tho! LOL!

I was watching an episode of Cribs a few months ago with my husband and at the beginning of the show they said they would be showing Perez's place. And the point of this article is… It's not like he's bought a place yet, or is a spendaholic - in fact, he is into recycling and reusing - he's worn the same pants and jackets, for instance, to various events, and even wore the striped pants he had on for Whole Lotta Love on Idol to post-Idol events. Believe me - Adam will be wise with his money and deserves to do with it what he wants. He has certainly earned it! In one interview, when told financial adviser Susan Ormand was in the audience, he said he'd ask her if it was wiser to buy a condo or a home!

In this economy, this is THE BEST TIME to buy a house, if you have good credit and are making money because of all the gresat deals out their on foreclosed home and how "bad" the market is. I have actually purchased two homes this year for very cheap. About 40-50% less than actual market value.

I'm a big fan of Adam on stage, but don't like how he acts off stage. He seems like he's so materialistic and only wants clothes, clothes, and now a house.
