We've seen this story before: Latest It-Thing rises to sudden massive stardom, It-Thing spends newfound wealth all in one place, next It-Thing comes along, people lose interested in former It-Thing, has-been It-Thing files for bankruptcy/stars in porn.
Now, we're not saying that Adam Lambert is headed toward the same fate as oh, Lindsay Lohan, but with reports that Lambert is looking into purchasing some property in our current economy, we'd caution him to invest wisely!
Lambert recently said, "I think I’m going to buy a house. It’s a little ways off. I’ll probably wait until the end of the year. That’s exciting to me, to have a home."
Just don't go crazy with the green!

Perez…Do you just make this stuff up as you go along, everone knows that this is the perfect market to purchase a home in…Adam should buy whatever he wants, he deserves it. Hey Adam there is a Beach Front home available next door to me, we can hang out and check out the guys together , I am sure my husband won't mind…lol rock on Adam we love you
If you have the cash along with a brain and a stable job then buy a house and get that tax benefit next year. Buy a reasonable house…not a mansion. Plus make more money before plunking down on a house.

Even though you guys got off to a bad start, Perez, please let go of any animosity or anger you have towards this amazingly talented and adorable guy and report as much as you can on him. buy a small little cottage or bungalow in bev hills and u will be fine…u can get to anything in L.A from there….dont go overboard buying some big ugly mansion in Malibu that's when u fuck up and then cant sell it cause ur broke and ur property is fugly…people will always want property in bev hills even it its as tiny as a cardboad box!
