Well it looks like after all that dramz, the bitch is back!
Unconfirmed by ABC, sources are saying that Katherine Heigl is indeed returning to Grey's Anatomy next season, the Hollywood Reporter claims.
The show's season finale left her character undergoing surgery for cancer, during which she flatlined and lost her short-term memory.
But without her BFF T. R. Knight, who will the Hagel hang out with between shots?

She did not flat line during surgery. It was after surgery when she discovered she could remember some things and they were happy and then she flatlined.
ummm i guess im kind of happy. i mean, TR was hardly even on last season, so for me he's been off the show for a while. but idk, i kind of like lizzy esp with alex.

If Grey's decides to use Heigl to promote the return of their show… who can blame them? However… if they really want to keep their fan base… they should kill off "Izzy" forever (not even returning as a ghost) during the FIRST week of "sweeps" ! I cannot believe they chose to muck up the perfect ending by allowing her character and not T.R.'s "George" to return instead. This USED TO BE one of my favorite tv programs… so back burner now. I'll tape it and FF thru the IZZY scenes! HUGS, BJ
