Kelly Rutherford's Custody Battle Gets Uglier!

In what's turning out to be an ugly ugly custody battle, soon-to-be-ex-husband of Gossip Girl actress Kelly Rutherford, Daniel Giersch, has to turn over his visa and visa app to Rutherford's attorney within the next week.
The move suggests that there may be some concern over Giersch up and running with their kids, Hermes and Helena, back to his native Germany.
Behave like adults, damnit!

if he's from Germany, why does he need to apply for a visa?
Can't say I blame them for being concerned- once a parent in a custody dispute leaves the country with the kids, it can very difficult to get them back.
These two need to grow the hell up and work together for the sake of those kids. Once you have children you should stop having yourself as your number 1 priority.
Take note: Dont have children with people you dont intend to have a lifelong relationship with!
I can't help but to hate this pretentious bitch just for the fact the she named her fucking kid Hermes. She should hang with Gwyneth frigid Paltrow.
Has anyone noticed that Kelly has a problem with everything this man does…how he potty trains, etc…… Honestly, it's a shame. There are men out there that can care less to be involved with such duties…

i don't think he looks creepy, but he does look gay. i've noticed that some of the hottest women have the gayest looking/feminine acting husbands…maybe they are more sensitive to their needs or something?
"…has to turn over his visa and vis app…", it all makes perfect sense to me now. It is rare for people to separate during a pregnancy, not that it doesn't happen. It sounds like he had an ulterior motive for his marriage to her and when she realized it, boy, was she pissed. Just one person's opinion.
Kelly should get full custody! He looks like a crazy freak, Moms are more nurtering anyway. Team VandDerWoodsen

She would be LUCKY if he took off with the kidz to Germany, bless her heart! She could get on with her career and not have to waste time or money with babysitters or fooling with them. I wouldn't even put up a fight. I'd hand them right over!
