Glad to see he's wearing his helmet, even if he's maxing out at 15 mph!

To recap - early this morning, we heard the terrifying news that 54-year-old Robert Dewey Hoskins, a man who was convicted of stalking and threatening Madonna, had escaped from a mental hospital in Norwalk, CA.

The LAPD were describing the man as follows:
