Glad to see he's wearing his helmet, even if he's maxing out at 15 mph!

Uh Asshole–he is on a residential street…that's how he should be driving! Perhaps if you gave a damn about young children, or anyone else besides yourself for that matter, you would comprehend the need to drive slow down a street such as this.
