Botox paralyzes facial muscles, so it's used for forehead, but plastic surgeon would never want to paralyze muscles around a person's mouth. So they use Restylane (stabilized hyaluronic acid) , Juvederm, Radiesse, etc. fillers around mouth and eyes just to fill and smooth lines but the person can still easily control muscles in these areas.
