Sandra Bullock Likes Being On Top

Sandra Bullock's latest flick, The Proposal, has claimed the number one spot at the U.S. Box Office this weekend.
The flick brought in over $34 million, beating the second place spot holder, The Hangover, which brought in about $27 million.
And good news for Bullock, this flick also marks her biggest opening ever!
Disney's motion-picture group president, Mark Zoradi, reveals "I think the market was ready for a really fun, broad romantic comedy."
Guess that's true, as Disney's animated flick Up came in third followed by a forth place spot with the debut of Jack Black's Year One.
The question now becomes, which movie was better… The Proposal or The Hangover.

I really loved The Proposal…and I looove Sandra Bullock. The Hangover was a jack up "Sideways", I do like Sideways though….have you seen Sideways??
The Proposal was definitely better! I saw them back-to-back and The Proposal definitely wins in my opinion!

Hangover hands down! Every step of the proposal was obvious before the scene even played out. But there were still funny parts. The hangover kept me guessing while the proposal was a typical romantic comedy.

The Proposal. Hands down, might I add. The Hangover got some laughs, but all of the female characters in this film were mere props. I know it's about a bachelor party, but does that really mean all of the female roles had to be as deep as my bowl of frosted flakes? (which are delicious, by the way.)
The Proposal was elevated by every single actor in the film. Every character was multidimensional. Sandra Bullock's character was proportional to ryan reynolds character in material and in laughs. It's refreshing to see a woman portrayed this way in a comedy! Team Sandy, all of the way!
Sandra you are to old to be playing these romantic comedies my dear-I mean you must be close to 50 now-and it must be sad for an actress to really just be known for "speed"-a run-away bus-hardly a great dramatic role-sandra time to act in mom movies-and get some filler for the cleft chin-it just ruins your face

haven't seen the hangover, but i did watched the proposal. i'll grade it 7/10. it was so funny but kind of predictable, like all chick flicks are. sandra, betty, and that ramon guy made me laugh so much.

Ryan is hot. So looks pretty good. Scar did alright from the looks of things. And Sandra is not bad either!
