Stephen Baldwin On Pregnancy Leave From The Jungle

So, Stephen Baldwin didn't bail on I'm A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! because of his pending home foreclosure…
He was pregnant!
Well, sorta.
Baldwin revealed to an internet radio station on Monday morning that he was bit over 125 times by bugs deep in the Costa Rican jungle and one of those pesky critters implanted it's larvae under his skin!!!!

The Baldwin brother explained his bug bites in detail: "I suffered in the first eight days of production, while in the jungle, over 125 insect bites on my body… I had about thirty on my left leg… 25 or 30 on each arm, kind of all over and two of them, much to my surprise, became quite lumpy initially."
Those two lumps were not your run of the mill bug bites, Stephen soon found out.
"I did get to take some time with the medic who explained that in his opinion at that point he didn't think that it was the 'implantation of insect larvae into my flesh', but that - oh gosh - that's what it could be," he continued. "So they tested these things and sure enough, Stevie B was 'pregnant.'"

That country has the most diverse insect population on the planet, with EIGHT INCH KILLER SPIDERS, roaches the size of a fist, and giant parasitic wasps! I WOULD NEVER GO THERE IN A MILLION YEARS! On one deployment one of my team mates got bit on the ass by a spider which laid eggs in his ass cheek. His ass cheek was so tough that the baby spiders couldn't come out so they just ate their way in. After the docs got his squared away and patched up he ended up with a "dent" in his ass cheek that looks like someone took a deep first scoop of ice cream from the carton.

Really? I didn't think that insects laid their eggs on live flesh - unless it was another insect that they lay their eggs in - usually in a small, prepared 'nest'…..oh wait! I know what happened - they mistook Baldwin for a half dead insect stuffed down a hole….easy mistake. Or was a cop-out because he realised that the public would see him for the arsehole he is?
