Like a car wreck on the freeway, people just couldn't help but gawk at the travesty loving referred to as Jon & Kate Plus Eight.
Guess no one is listening to you, Kate's famewhore brother!
Monday night's episode of their reality show, where the couple revealed their plans for divorce, brought in record ratings for TLC. The special one-hour episode attracted a ridiculous 10.6 million viewers, which is almost a million more than the season's premiere.
We announced that the show will be going on hiatus until August 3rd, as TLC wants to give the family "some time off to regroup."
We are assuming they are under the impression that the fascination won't dwindle over a month;s time, which is a pretty safe bet.
But what kind of show will be returning? Only time will tell.
Dude, when are you going to apologize for the f*ggot comment? Its ok for you to scream about people that use that, but when you do all of a sudden its justified because you got your ass kicked?? You deserved that and much more, lucky they broke it up is all I can say!!!

Yeah.. you're right. Except Kate likes the dividends that filming her screaming at her children brings. How do you think she affords the expensive hair cuts, the product placements? She'd give up her marriage before she gave up the cash cow that is her filming shedule.

Poor kids who have to go through all this, and they were put on tv for everyone to see them. That's not right.
P.S. The have been living separately for two years now, so when she says "it's been going on for a while" - it was inevitable, Jon was with his folks most of the time. So, Kate should have learnt to treat him right in that time.. now it's too l8 K8!
I hope their show doesn't come back at all. I think the gravy train is over.

"Fascination"?? I believe most viewers who became fans of this show did so because of the eight cute kids and their parents' trials and tribulations in raising them. Sure, scandal is always interesting but we don't want it dragged out when children are involved.
Associated press just reported that they have been living apart for 2 years. What a sham.

The only reason they are postponing the show is because TLC knows how sick everyone is getting of the Gosselins and that they are oversaturating the market and burning out their target audience with their sick behavior. If they take a little break, it makes them look like any of them actually have morals and maybe people will be interested in them again. I am SO tired of these twisted games, get those kids help, now. The thing already broke up the family, why put them on TV again and exploit 8 children in pain over their parents dumb choices? Wow, this is getting seriously painful.

This is nuts, i cant belive this. This family was once a family that would bend over backwords for eachother is now a group of random people that happen to live together and dont want anything to do with eachother. with all do respect, i hope everyhting works out for the better.
