Simon Cowell is teaming up with British retail billionaire Sir Phillip Green (owner of Top Shop) to create a global entertainment company to produce television programming on both sides of the Atlantic.

The pair have been besties for a while now, so here's hoping that their new business venture doesn't destroy that!

The professional demands upon him will grow exponentially. Not quite sure why he's signing up for that at this stage, but that's mogulling and striving for you. When is it enough? It's important to put as much into a personal life for success there, too. To each his own, I guess.

Criss Angel Is Recorded Threatening To Knock Out His Producer!

Whoa! Criss Angel is NOT messing around here!

The Luxor headlining illusionist was recorded having quite the verbal altercation with Joe Monti, one of his magic producers on Wednesday, during which Angel is heard threatening to knock him out - and now he's had a police report filed against him!

Furthermore, Monti later said to authorities that he recorded the meeting because Angel has a history of bullying employees!

He explains:

“I wanted him to know how demeaning he was. I created 50-60 percent of the magic for ‘Mindfreak.' I have no reason to do anything vindictively but I draw the line on violence.”

Scary!
