The JoBros grace the July cover of Rolling Stone to discuss the band and address all the haters!
Here are some HIGHlights:
Kevin on musical credibility:

We didn't hear much from Nick but it seems that he has taken over as the band's creative lead, working with the touring band. The bros refer to him as "Mr. President!"
Sounds like they are finding their own voices!

Perez. I notice your posts are a lot cleaner since your confrontation with Will.I.Am. This stuff is great but it doesn't change the fact that you made name and fame for yourself through the use of verbal, emotional, psychological, and pictoral/visual violence against public figures.
It is contradictory and opportunistic to condemn the use of physical violence against you while also engaging in a career — a festival — of verbal violence against people.
Also, this incident with you and Will.I.Am has giving gay bashers (verbal & physical bashers) the opportunity to condemn all gays as sick, sinners, people who are going to hell, people who should be killed — not to mention people who are whiny, over-dramatic and weak. Now, I don't agree with any of that stuff — but what you do — all the verbal thrashing of public figures — makes them feel completely justified in hating, ridiculing you, and calling for your elimination of the planet — as well as the extermination, subjugation, and humiliation of all lgbtq people.
Your entire career, dude, has not helped anyone but yourself. What have you done — what have you really done — to combat hate and prejudice against lgbtq people and anyone else?

Love the JB album and their past albums. I'm a parent and my kids love them and so do I — some really cool tunes on the album. Much Better, Paranoid, Turn Right, WW III among them. Fun music. Cool album. Taking the kids to their concert in July and they put on a great show. Cute boys too.

I like the interview though, they have been talking about things more lately that htey have avoided in the past, like haters, the 'disney clone' thing, the their music compared to other musicians, and especially relationships! I hope they go the Hanson route and get more mature and start doing their own stuff rather than the NKOTB route (sellouts)
