Billy Bob Thorton's Daughter Charged With Murder!
The apple doesn't fall far from the tree when it comes to receiving negative press.
Billy Bob Thorton's eldest daughter, Amanda Brumfield, was indicted Wednesday on several charges. The 29-year-old is facing first-degree murder, aggravated manslaughter, and aggravated child abuse.
This all stems from the death of a 1-year-old little girl she was baby sitting last October in Ocoee, Florida.
Brumfield was finally arrested earlier this month in connection to the incident last year, when the little girl was said to have fallen and hit her head.
According to reports, Brumfield waited more than two hours before she called for help.
The medical examiner found a fractured skull and brain injury and declared the death a homicide, but the fact that Brumfield's explanation was inconsistent with the baby's injuries has lead to further suspicions.
At the moment she's now being held without bail.

My gut tells me that this was a horrible accident. Kids this age fall a lot. They hit their heads a lot. It's not surprising that it took two hours for the symptoms……think Natasha Richardson.

Come on people. This was no accident. If the injuries sustained made the coroner rule this a homicide, obviously it meant they are not injuries consistent with a child falling on her head. Therefore the excuse that she didn't do it on purpose or she wasn't watching the child is ridiculous. She must have caused those injuries herself.

Perez, I think this post dangerously suggests that Billy Bob Thorton would also behave in the manner that his estranged daughter has by writing that "the apple doesn't fall from the tree." Yes, Billy Bob seems nutty in the video from Canada, but I don't think that this in any way should be compared to such a horrible and tragic incident that resulted in the loss of the life of a child.
