I can understand his feelings. In my life, I tend to go for younger women, because the ones my own age are often 'spent' emotionally, going through breakups and what-not, and whether it is just coincidental location for me, or if it's an actual trend across the board, I find women who are mid-30's on up just seem to be very hurt in general, tired, not wanting to do anything fun and just get to know me. They don't seem to want to date. It's either sex or relationship. So, I get Daniel completely.

There is a long interview with him in The Guardian. He has become, IMO, rather "kooky." He talks about the pleasure of getting drunk on tequila, about how much he enjoys being around gays and trannies, how it is difficult to trust people, etc. He now lives by himself in an apt. near his parents' house in London. Avoids going to chic bars where he would be easily spotted. The sweet diffident little boy has changed beyond recognition. He doesn't however, he says, have a nude statue of himself in his living room.
