I think everyone lost respect for her the moment she went + got her nose job, mere (theoretical) seconds after telling her young fans 'I love my nose' and encouraging them to embrace their imperfections!!! This is just a back pic while her eyes are wide open. She has always had bigger eyes and her nose looks the same, her lips do look a little fuller, but it could be that she either got injections or it could just be the way her mouth was when they snapped the picture. Maybe if you put up more than one picture of her, then I could really say whether or not it looks real.
