While Dane Cook's brother, Daryl McCauley, faces charges of embezzlement, McCauley's wife, Erika, has also been arrested and charged with "larceny by scheme and receiving/concealing stolen property."
The family that steals together…goes to court together?

you can support the site by not coming here. I'm tired of seeing all these stupid comments on posts that don't even have to do with MJ. People can't just leave it alone and accept the fact that Perez didn't even know MJ had died before writing that post…and he took it down so he obviously regretted it and made up for his mistake. People need to chill out and stop with the drama. I'm sure Perez reads all your stupid comments too…oh wait, he doesn't.
