Debbie Rowe To Get Custody Of MJ's Children?
It is being reported that Debbie Rowe will be able to take full custody of the two children she bore for Michael Jackson, even though it was widely reported that she had given up her parental rights.
Well, that is not so!
During the custody trial in 2005, she attempted to relinquish her parental holdings but because she did not complete the required "parental fitness investigation", her parental rights were never terminated.
So with her rights still intact, under California state Law, Rowe is now presumed to be the person who will get custody.
The only way to deny Rowe custody is if a court determines it would be "detrimental to the children."
Sources suggest that the likelihood that Rowe will ask for custody is good, as she will get "a huge amount of child support from Jackson's estate."
Our question is, what is to become of Blanket? Will he be separated from his siblings? We sincerely hope not.
And this woman will likely be paid off by the Jackson family. At least we hope she is. She shouldn't get those kids!

The children have hardly seen her and barely know her. It would be devistating for them to be pulled away from the only family they know and love. Not to mention that she is only the biological mother of two of the children. Do you really think it would be best to remove them, split them up and place them with a biological mother who basically sold her rights to her children for $$$ so many years ago? My thoughts and prayers go out to his children and the Jackson family.

guys, she told the kids when they were little that she didn't want anything to do with them. she wanted only her money and horses, that she never wanted kids, and though she loved michael, that she only had them because he wanted them….

Micheal has bee out of his mommies house for years, he has been traveling for years in addition he has basically segregated his children from the world which includes his family.
Rowe has more of a right to take custody than anyone else in the family and hopefully someone can get the balls to do what is the right thing, not to satisfy fans, and his mommy, a lawyer who is a bulldog and not be bullied by the Jackson "Familia".
Perez your such an arsehole. Why shouldnt she get the kids. She is the mother. What chance did she have back then to fight MJ for them. I hope they live a normal life with her. Get a life Perez.

I find it funny the way everyone on here assumes Michael Jackson is going to be leaving millions of dollars… The reason he was putting his self through a 50 date contract in London was because he was broke…He is in debt for millions of dollars and please don't start whittering on about the Beatles back catalogue that is a drop in the ocean to what he owes..His lawyer said he has been spending betweeen $20-30 million dollars per year more than he has coming in..

Because from the very beginning, M.J. and this woman had a financial agreement{ involving millions of dollars} for her to carry his children and then hand them over to him and she agreed to not have any contact with them whatsoever. Well a couple years down the road, she ran out of money and wanted more. M.J. said ,"no" remember our financial agreement? She then threatened to fight for legal custody {since obviously, she is their biological mother} and M.J. then said okay, I'll give you so many more millions, if this time, you agree to legally sign all your parental rights over to me,and never-ever come near the children again! She totally agreed, because ll she ever wanted was money in the first place. Well, apparently, the "deal" wasn,t completely legal, therefore, people are saying, she now gets custody of her children, that she never really wanted in the first place!

I hope for the sake of the children, that Katherine will retain custody of them. I can't imagine what those poor babies are going through right now, and I suspect that the kids and his mother need each other now, more than ever. I pray, too, that his autopsy doesn't get blown out of proportion, and that this tragedy will have the chance to rest in peace. The King of Pop had enough troubles during his lifetime, Lord knows he and his family doesn't need any more.

I really pity those kids. I truly believe MJ tried his best to give them a normal life…away from the watchful eyes in showbiz. Now that he's gone, who else would protect them? And it would really be heartbreaking if one gets separated from his siblings…I'm sure this is not what MJ wants to happen.
