Family Of Wrestler Chris Benoit's Deceased Wife Wins In Court

Here's some bittersweet news for the family of former wrestler Chris Benoit's wife, Nancy.
If you recall, douchebag Chris was responsible two years ago for killing his wife, son, and then hanging himself.
Then, last year, Nancy's family filed a lawsuit against the Larry Flynt Publishing Group after the sleazy Hustler mag published nude photos of Nancy taken over 20 years ago.
Nancy, who was a former model and professional wrestler, had asked the photographer to destroy the shots immediately after they were taken.
But Hustler argued in court that the pictures were "part of a greater story on the life and tragic death" of Nancy and they helped tell the story of the beginnings of her career.
Then, last October, a federal judge ruled the mag had the right to publish the pics because her death was a "legitimate matter of public interest and concern."
However, yesterday a federal appeals court ruled that Hustler didn't have the rights to publish the photos. They claim a notorious death doesn't grant publishers the rights to publish any images they'd like.
Hopefully this all gets resolved soon and her family can put it behind them.

Besides, you're really getting boring. Of course he said what he did about Michael Jackson before he knew it was for real… that's what he does for a living - he asks the questions and says the things out loud we're all thinking in our heads. You KNOW you were wondering what the real story was with MJ before we all learned the truth - he's sooo well known for crazy, fucked-up behavior that a fake heart attack would fit right in. His recent behavior related to this upcoming tour was crazy and fucked-up and a fake heart attack would def get the pressure off for a while. When Perez learned the truth, he yanked the now-offensive post. How the hell can you criticize someone for doing something offensive BEFORE it actually became offensive? If it had been a true fake heart attack stunt, we'd all be sitting here knowing Perez did his usual brilliant job of getting hold of information before anyone else and putting his spin on it. And we'd have all moved on to the next big story.
Now the Matthew Shepherd thing was just a stupid mistake on his part… he def should have contacted them first.
