Farrah Fawcett To Be Laid To Rest Next Week

The funeral details have been announced.
Farrah Fawcett will be quietly laid to rest in a private ceremony on Tuesday, June 30th, in Los Angeles.
Lifelong partner Ryan O'Neal is arranging the ceremony, which will be invitation only.
We do wish there were a public memorial, though, for America's Angel.

How is it that other people who use anti-gay or racial slurs get fired from their jobs and they pretty much disappear from the public, such as Michael Richards, but Perez Hilton calls somebody a "f" and life goes on like normal?

I wonder if her family is happy or sad that most of the media coverage is for Michael? what do you guys think? I would think maybe their relieved, so know they can probably grieve in privacy a bit more.
Does anyone REALLY know who she is? I feel this is just like all of that media about Jade Goody.. no one really cared until they got cancer. We should continue to acknowledge the death of the greatest entertainer ever- Michael Jackson, instead of this lady, who no one really knew until now.

Re: Starhater – The reason is that Perez basically owns his own business, so there's no one to fire him. The only ones keeping him in business are people who come to his website. So every time anyone comes here to bash him, each click they make on the site continues to put money in is pocket.

I also am sad over the sudden death of Michael Jackson, he was the undisputed King of Pop, But Farrah was pure beauty and many Men wanted her and Woman wanted to look like her. Wake up Natjule and have some compassion.

I lost interest in her after she left Charlies Angels after a year because she thought she was better than it…so much for her fans back then. Her career suffered after that just like Mushy's did after leaving the OC. Icon…not so much.
OH my god!!! People are being ridiculous. This is not a damn death popularity contest. They are both in better places now, so who the hell cares who gets the most public attention now? Farrah was a very talented actress, but Michael was a music legend who revolutionized the industry. Let's leave them both to rest, and instead of trying to create drama about who deserves the most recognition, let's pray for their families…..they are the one's who need it now.

Im gonna miss Farrah. Michael took the attention away from her. She fought for her life and it was taken by cancer yet MJ contributed to his death. SO SAD!
