K-Stew Can Sing?

Apparently she can, but how well remains to be seen!
What we know is Kristen STEWart is currently filming her newest flick, music biopic The Runaways, in which she portrays the ultimate female rocker, Joan Jett. According to a source on set, K-Stew has been testing out her vocals during the performance scenes.
An extra from the set reports: "I listened to her sing “I love playing with fire” about 55 times. The girls in her band were very nice and very cool. Joan Jett was also there hanging out and giving rocking out tips all day. It was pretty amazing to see Kristen right next to Joan. She looked just like her."
55 times! Geez, wonder who was effing up there! Her or the sound people?
If she sucks they can fix it in post, but good to hear she is putting in the effort!

I LOVED the Runaways….Joan's vocals were pretty raw back then, so seriously, it won't be much of a stretch for anyone to sound "good". I hope this film does the girls justice….and I hope it's not just Joan that gets rich off it….RIP Sandy West.

I think she will do great. I remember watching an interview ages ago when she said this was the first role she was really excited about. So I think she will put some hard effort behind it, maybe her voice isnt the best but maybe her passion will shine through.

and have you ever been in a musical or anything like it…you sing the same song way more than 55 times before you preform it for an audience…the fact that she rehearsed so much has nothing to do with whether or not she is good…it's just what you do when you preform
