uh, perez, have you ever listened to Joan Jett sing? She snarls more than she sings. It works for her act, she's amazing, she's every gal's first girl crush, and she kicks ass. But it's not like she's singing opera here. Stewiepie's voice is actually well suited for the part. She's not gonna bust out any mariah carey vocal gymnastics, but she doesn't have to.
ps: Kstew is the first to say she ain't a singer too–in INto the Wild, she's not suppossed to be some songbird, she's in redneck flattsville here, just playing a young girl with a guitar who's joining in on the sing along. It's not meant to astound, so much as give us an introduction of her character, who's basically a young, dreaming girl yearning after Emilie's character.
Not that great. But hey, if they can make that douche packer from Fall Out Boy sound good, there's hope for her too!

Ive never seen twilight, nor do i plan to do so, I thought she was really really pretty when i saw her in the land of women, i thought she was pretty good, i had no clue who she was. She had nice blonde hair in that movie and she looked sooo much better, when i saw into the wild (GREAT movie) i didn't put two and two together for a while since she was made to look like trailer trash - as that was her character. I thought the scenes with her singing were really sweet, she seemed like a real person - you know how actors are supposed to act in movies. no one in real life exagerates there singing like moocow carey if they want to be taken sincerely. i think she'll do just fine as joan jett, leave the poor girl alone shes just a kid!
