Police Seize Rx Drugs From Jackson Home!

In the search for answers, investigators have seized "bags of prescription drugs" from the rented Beverly Hills home of Michael Jackson, Life & Style is reporting.
Family attorney Brian Oxman said he is willing to provide the names of the doctors who provided the prescriptions should the impending toxicology report reveal a possible connection.
He added, "I did warn him about the drugs, but I am sorry I didn't warn him enough."
We're all sorry that no one warned him enough.

Honestly, it's in the best interest of the media (including Perez) to just let Jackson rest in peace. People can get very emotional when it comes to him, nobody is going to want to hear about prescription drug use.

Growing up listening to the jackson 5 and all of his music, feels as though a piece of my childhood has now been lost forever.
His music and his legacy will live on forever in all of our hearts and in history.

We do not know the details of the lawsuit, whether it has been filed, the nature of his claims or the likely outcome. doctors are very quick to dish out the medicine. they need to be regulated more they get away with murder in a lot of cases but because of their money and education and government protection it is very hard to bring forth malpractice suits. I have had so many docs try to push meds on me that I know I didnt need and I have seen this done a lot especially to women.

No matter how many people around you that care and love you tell you what your'e doing is dangerous and will kill you it does not mean you will stop. As a former heroin addict I can tell you that! You have to want to quit. Nobody can make you. It is YOUR life. Yes this is tragic and terrible. But a person does know what they are doing. It is innapropriate to say that people did not warn him enough. You were not involved in the situation so you cannot make a comment like that!
it was the prescribing drs responsability to reinforce the dangers of these drugs and to control the amounts on each pescription. not the attornys job. it was up to michael to take the amount prescribed. well see what happens but im blameing the dr at this time for overdosing michael at the time of his death with an overdose of pain medas interveniously.
