Prequel Already Planned For Newest Brad Pitt Flick?

There has been a lot of hype surrounding the upcoming release of Quentin Tarantino's Inglourious Bastards. We don't know anyone who turns down a chance to see Brad Pitt in all his glory on a big screen.
But the movie hasn't even been seen yet and already, producer Harvey Weinstein is talking up a prequel. He recently said in an interview that everyone is pretty much game to do another film.
“Brad wants to do Inglorious II," reveals Harvey. "We all want to do it. And the movie hasn’t even come out yet! But unfortunately I cannot give away the plot.”
Oh, but you already have! But more on that in a bit.
Weinstein reveals that Quentin Taratino has "so much stuff mapped out" that this thing could turn into a franchise if they really wanted it:
"We could do two movies, three movies."
Hey Harvey, move that cart from in front of your horse! Let's see the damn thing first before you go ahead and plan more!
Now, notice that his proposal is for a prequel and not a sequel. Could that note a major spoiler that the lead draw in, Brad Pitt, will perish in this film? We vote "yes".

So what if Weinstein and Tarantino already want to do a prequel. Let them turn into a franchise. I'd rather see Tarantino's frenchise than "The Hangover" franchise.

Quentin needs to step off and try some originality. And no one should plan prequels, sequels, trilogies until they get word of the box office and reviews. Cannes was really mixed about it. And the French critics really tell you how they feel, aka walkouts, booing, throwing shit. There weren't many BRILLIANT pictures at Cannes this year. Anywho, Quentin and the editors had to go back into the editing room for the general August opening.
oh and stop making Nazis hot, because it makes me feel really, really strange. Ralph Fiennes in Schindler's List? I had no idea what was going on there.

I already saw it in Cannes and LOVED it. I vote yes for another movie. I'm a little curious why they want it to be a prequel though. But that would be cool too.
A prequel will be interesting. Doesn't necessarily mean Pitt's character will be killed off. I think a lot about his character will be unexplained in this current movie; like how he got that scar on his neck. Obviously, there is more to be told about him.

It doesn't mean that Brad dies. It might just be that the film goes to the end of the war and what can you do with this type of movie after that? I mean war over… movie over. Lots of good Nazi stuff to write about beforehand seeing as we didn't get into the WW until the end.
