Perez, I hope you don't read these comments because some posters are absolutely hateful. What are they doing posting here? Freedom of speech, I suppose. I support you 100% in your statement that violence is never the answer. Yes, you spoke inappropriately but that is no where near the level of what happened to you, nor does a harsh word validate a violent reciprocation. I believed it was understood that perezhilton.com is a gossip site, that celebrities knew that and took it as a grain of salt. One man's opinion of celeb situations/music/whatever is by no means gold, and I think Perez of all people know that, and he's not peddling it as such. Celebrity gossip comes with the territory so to say, and Perezhilton.com is by no means the only gossip site out there. His just gets the most publicity and most followers, and he is probably the better of them out there, with him advocating donating to worthy causes, etc. You don't see that elsewhere. I don't understand how people can leave comment after comment of nastiness here when they are treating you exactly what they are condemning you for.
Beyond your job you are a person, Perez. You are a human being. You are not an idea, or a statement, a song or an agenda. I am sorry you are not being treated as such.
Perez - you need to seek out some help. Sometimes you are really insightful - but sometimes your hate for the world is hard to tolerate. You have found some nontoleration.
