Jackson's Mother Files For Guardianship!

The ball is rolling!
Michael Jackson's mother, Katherine, has filed for guardianship of the singer's three children, Michael Joseph Jackson Jr., 12; Paris Michael Katherine Jackson, 11; and Prince Michael II, 7 on Monday.
She is also petitioning to take over the children's estate listed with an unknown value.
"Minor children are currently residing with paternal grandmother," stated the court document. "They have a long established relationship with paternal grandmother and are comfortable in her care."
The filing notes that Deborah Rowe is the mother of the Jackson's two eldest children, but list her whereabouts as "unknown," and as for Michael's third child, it states "None" for the mother.
A hearing has been set for Aug 3.

I'm sure she wants to take over the children's estate. An 80 yr old woman has no business getting custody of 3 young kids. If she dies, so does their stability for a second time. Plus, she lived with a man who beat her kids on a regular basis and did nothing to stop it. She should NOT get the kids.
The kids belongs to the Jacksons. Katherine and Joe Jackson are separeted I believe (not divorced though). They don't know their biological mother.
I hope Katherine will get custody because she's the only one who can recall for the kids about who their father was, and not who "Michael Jackson" was.
Im pretty sure even if Debbie wanted custody she would never get it.

I'm black by the way . AT first I didn't want Debbie Rowe to get custody of those kids. But after I saw Joe Jackson at the awards, that has completely changed. Joe Jackson is still the abusive, manipulating, snake of a man.
Katherine Jackson is a weak, enabling, parent who cannot and NEVER has stood up to her husbands pimping, fame whoring ways. This makes her a HORRIBLE choice for those children. Joe Jackson messed up Michael. His wife stood by silently and let this happen. Joe Jackson has decided to pick up the ball and run with it again. Katherine will do absolutely nothing because she cannot speak for herself and is submissive to a narcissist who abused and terrorized his entire family. His red-carpet appearance was a disaster. How in the hell do you have pimp swagger at 150 years old. How in the hell are you gonna promote your record company and bring out your pimp partner, attorney and publicist who are all too happy to promote themselves. How in the hell are you gonna tell the world you're doing great and smile and shuck and jive when your child has died.

First of all, isn't Katherine Jackson about 80 years old? Secondly, she allowed her own children to be abused by their father, and thirdly, isn't she a Jehovah's Witness? For the children's sake please let them be adopted by a nice married, heterosexual couple so they can have half a chance at a normal life!
i think that its great if these kids get to stay with family…but please god dont let joe jackson (michael's father) get around the children…i really dont like having to speak ill of mj's father at a time like this, but that man is a piece of work! he will totally find a way to exploit those kids and he has a history of child abuse under his belt….
considering he had three children and tried to keep them as sheltered as he did, its a shock that he didnt have all the legalities of what would happen to them in case of his death. also, they have a godfather, why are'nt they going to him, isnt that the purpose of godparents…to look after the kids and be a parental figure in case of the parents death???
