Michael Jackson's Mother To Seek Custody

The Jackson family lawyer, Londell McMillan, was on the Today show Monday morning, "strongly indicating" that Michael's mother, Katherine, will receive ultimate custody of his three children.

Katherine is currently the one looking after them right now.

This family just seems to have so many problems. After watching that video you posted of Joe Jackson, I don't know if I'd want my children being raised by him. I can't believe that he was trying to promote some kind of Blue Ray at the BET awards two days after his son died. Honestly, they're probably best off living with their nanny. She DID say, afterall, that the children called her mom.

Ok I guess I am a bit lost. HOW can she ask for custody when the kids werent even Michale's? On top of that she has fucked up so many other of her own kids that is the last thing these kids need. THey are FUCKED and not in a good way. Either way they are fucked.

Of course she will. She is the backbone of that family. They had ruddy well better take the kids off her hands regularly. The sibling's families ought to raise the kids, but that's Katherine for you. At an age where she more than deserves to relax and enjoy grandkids for limited times, she is stepping up again to be a hero. It could precipitate another trauma for the kids if she's (heaven forbid) in shaky health. It takes a village to raise a child, and the Jackson village will hopefully step up big time. They probably will. My regards and condolences.
