What kind of response were you guys all expecting? She was probably interviewed with a question like "Do you consider yourself to be a role model for young girls?".. Well, she isn't just going to say "Yes". I think there's nothing wrong with her response. She simply isn't the preachy type like a lot of little starlets, and she's not claiming to be. She seems like she has a strong personality, which is why people take offense to some of the things she says in interviews. Give her a break and stop being so self-righteous!

OK _so I don't like Megan Fox at all. I think she is gorgeous but I think she has some major personality problems.
That said, what I have a problem with isn't HER but the idea that you have to be so extreme in this world. Not everything is black and white.
There are plenty of women who don't curse…but maybe they smoke pot! There are women who abstain from sex until marriage…and swear like a sailor. WHO is to say who is intelligent and strong? I actually agree. I don't think being someone, preaching to kids about no sex before marriage and being perfect behaving little kids is NOT a role model. It's phony, unrealistic garbage. She's not perfect, she makes mistakes, but she actually acts like a normal human being. Unlike all the mainstream crap thrown on us like the Jonases and Cyrus, who are incredibly phony marketting machines for with there "family friendly" garbage of acting like they're 12, it's nice to see someone in young hollywood whom is actually acting her age, and being real with the world. I know, if I was a parent, I'd rather my kids look up to a genuinely down to earth celeb such as her or Shia, rather then the shoveware of the Disney channel.
