If you watched the show and read the book…..the state of their marraige is solely based on the fact that Kate didnt get her way. Its her way or the highway.       I don't see how anyone can blame Kate for the state of the marriage.. As far as "her way or the highway.." goes, what took him 10 years to stand up for himself? Obviously he did not mind it too much for a DECADE. Yes she seems cold on the show, but at least shes real about who she is and takes credit for it. Jon on the other hands plays the part of the shows mope, complains about all the wrong done to him, goes out to party(who has time to go clubbing with 8 kids at home anyway?) and gets caught cheating.. and Yet still, it's all Evil Kate and her damn manipulative ways..
