Well, this could throw a massive wrench in the guardianship hearing!
Turns out Michael Jackson never officially adopted Michael II, Michael Jr. and Paris!!!
Sources are saying that Jackson never legally adopted the kids because he assumed no one would ever attempt to "claim custody" of the three children.
It has been revealed that Michael is not the biological dad of those kids. In fact, Michael's dermatologist has been unmasked as the children's true father/sperm donor.
WTF is going to happen now??

i saw all this coming. like i knew those kids were going to be screwed over by him. everyone feels bad for him (micheal) because hes dead, but think about it hes screwed over half the people he knew. his father acts loike he really cares about him but we all knwo thats bull***t. on top of it all his kids lives are going to shit now because of the fact that he didnt adopt them. And I found a picture of Arnold Klein and he looks nothing like those kids. By law it is assumed the the husband at the time of birth of a child is the father. Also Mj said he was the father by being put on the birth certificate. He would not have to adopt children if he knowingly impregnated his wife with someone elses sperm.
That's lame because they were donor eggs & sperm the kids are legally the persons who gave birth & the parents are legally the parents that are on the birth certificate. I Know people who used donors to have kids & once you give pay for it is yours & who ever is on the birth cert. are the parents.
i really hope the courts do the right thing and keep those kids together, regardless of who their biological/adoptive/whatever father(s) turn out to be.

The first 2 children were born during Michael's marriage to Debbie Rowe. Legally that should make him the father. He may not have needed to adopt them. That would depend on state law. I assume the children were born in California. Even if the pregnancies were through in vitro fertilization it might not make a difference. He would probably still be the legal father.

I actually think the first two look quite a bit like Debbie Rowe. They seem to have some of her features. Small upturned noses, slightly prominent chins. They're quite cute. Don't know what the 3rd one looks like.

Is it just me or does anyone else find it strange that Michael paid to have kids that were not genetically connected to him? I personally don't think Michael loved any of these kids at all. What he did and how those kids got here is selfish to everyone involved.
