MJ Ticket Refund Details
If you were one of the lucky few fans that had planned to see the King of Pop before his sudden death, then here's all the information you'll need about getting a refund.
The promoters of Michael Jackson's comeback concert series, AEG Live, will be extending a full refund to those who purchased their tickets for the 50 scheduled performances through authorized agents.
Staring tomorrow, July 1st, fans who wish to have a full refund will be asked to visit MichaelJacksonLive.com for more information and to begin the process. However, fans will also be given the rare opportunity to receive their concert tickets as souvenirs in lieu of the full refunds.
Tickets weren't cheap!
Sources say that the tickets were "designed by Jackson" and were printed using the "lenticular process", which gives an unique 3-D look to the ticket. This offer will be valid through August 14th.
AEG Live president & CEO released this statement: "The world lost a kind soul who just happened to be the greatest entertainer the world has ever known. Since he loved his fans in life, it is incumbent upon us to treat them with the same reverence and respect after his death."
Check out the MJ website tomorrow for more details.

Good on them
Of course they are going to say Michael designed the tickets lol. We all know workers in the industry are appointed that task. Right now they will say anything to sell you a VERY EXPENSIVE piece of paper.
BRILLIANT Marketing move by them to try to keep some of the money! I have to admire the clever person who thought of this.
…and the marketing continues.
Re: llllllllll – pretty much.
he was a pedophile.
So let me get this right someone that paid £50 for a ticket and someone who paid £80 for a ticket are gonna get the exact same piece of paper?
Yes, it's a clever marketing ploy designed by greedy businessmen who'll do anything to reduce the amount of money they're going to lose now that the shows are cancelled, but I'm sure that a lot of fans will choose the tickets. After all, it IS a great souvenir, and they're probably gonna be worth a lot more than what the fans paid for them.
Lucky few fans….LUCKY few fans, you're calling them LUCKY now?

Lucky fans, huh? Your picture should be next to the definition of the word asshole int he dictionary, ass clown.
BTW, you were calling him Wacko just last week Perez, why'd you stop?
"If you were one of the lucky few fans"….FEW fans? Lets be serious, all 50 of his shows were sold out. Dont be a douche bag.
…they should include an unreleased track along with the tickets or a free download to further insure a profit.
Re: farts happen – He WAS a wacko, get over it dumbass.
Tickets will just be another eBay opportunity. There is a related post at iamsoannoyed.com/?p=1998
Only Eurotrash would pay money to watch this freak "perform".
to be honest, i don't think i wanna pay £80 for a piece of paper. why can't they just send the tickets to fans out of the kindness of their hearts. If they're already printed, why not?
I say frame your ticket there will never be another forever and ever. That is what I would do!!!Money isn't everything!!!
Perez, you shouldn't write about Michael Jackson until you apologize for accusing him of faking his death in the first place. Take responsibility for what you've said.
