Find a cure for the behavior that leads people to be exposed to AIDS….its not like in Africa where the disease is just rampant. Most US cases are from poor behavior and not a lack of being educated about how this is transmitted.

this was researched and developed in my hometown of London Ontario Canada.
So many brilliant medical discoveries and developments have come out of London in the past century. Lets hope that this works. What a milestone this would be!

I truly hope this works. Although I do agree with Soulese…. people need to cure the behaviors and keep their pants on or at least be safe every single time.
That's lovely, I think africa should be first in line. They deserve it more than anyone they get devoured by it each and everyday.

On a side note…I'd like to mention I am almost 80% positive that it will turn into that episode of South Park where Cartman and Kyle get HIV. And they had to have a booty-load of money to actual get the vaccine. I mean think about how much medication costs now? How much will this vaccine cost once it goes through testing and FDA approval..if it even makes it that far??? I hope it is the cure….but this is an even bigger reason why the U.S. needs to get its health care system in check. I'm just saying….
Anybody taking any of these so-called "vaccines" are fucking nuts. Do some research. There are all kinds of contaminants and live viruses in these vaccines, known and sometimes INTENTIONAL by the drug companies as they work for the elitists who are admittedly planning and attempting to cull the population to the tune of 80%. Yeah, and if you take it, and think you made it through fine, it could be a BINARY WEAPON, where after a 2nd related or non-related vaccine will trigger something like cancer for instance, or perhaps your testosterone level drops to a certain level as you get older, and it triggers the cancer or whatever. DO NOT TRUST ANY OF THESE SCUM IN THIS DAY AND TIME UNTIL THEY ARE ARRESTED AND IMPRISONED.
How is a vaccine a cure?? If it works it will prevent it, but it won't cure it. Fat fuck.

Yet the drug companies won't support them because they are natural and they can't make big bucks off them. They are truly scum of the earth. People are being cured of cancer everyday. Cancer Treatment Centers of America has great success, and uses natural methods, or a combination. Go with someone who is natural and a method that has some success. Don't wait for the drug companies to come up with something, death is too useful to their bosses, the elites, who are up to getting rid of 80% of the population. Yes, of the U.S. too!

Do you all know that there was a cancer-causing virus in the Salk Polio Vaccine that we all took even up until the year 2000 (with the knowledge of the drug companies)? Yeah, the cancer causing virus came from monkey kidneys. Ever wonder why so many people get cancer these days? The fact is that NEARLY EVERY dose of this vaccine contained this virus and the drug company knew it. They didn't take it out until the year 2000. Yeah, there's at least one book on it, and you can find a video out there too (not on youtube I don't think, where one of the investigators of the vaccines discovered this and tells how the drug company, Merck, knew, yet did nothing about it. So we have all been screwed by good ole Merck.

What animals did they test this vaccine on? Since when do animals get HIV (they don't call it HUMAN Immunodeficiency Virus just for shits and giggles)? Animals do get similar disease (FIV and SIV to name a few), but what would work for animals might not necessarily work for people. The viruses and hosts are different after all.
Also who are they going to be testing this vaccine on? Who would knowingly expose themselves to HIV when they are not sure if they will be fully protected from the virus?
In most cases HIV can be prevented through safe sex practices or abstinence. Why don't you try that sometime? Only stupid morons take a chance.

its good if there is a vaccination but i hope it hasn't come at the expense of a lot of animals that didn't deserve to go through the testing. i think it will be proper expensive and unfortunately probably wont go to africa not until every american has been given the cure first

Hey Dumbass! Vaccines are about PREVENTION, not curing a disease (i.e. the flu vaccine). For them to test this vaccine, they would need to make sure all test subjects are free of HIV, then give them the vaccine, then expose them to the virus to see if the vaccine will prevent someone from getting the vaccine. If a person has HIV, the scientists would have no way to tell if the vaccine prevented someone from getting HIV, which would completely screw up the experiment leaving them with out definite and scientific evidence that the vaccine prevents HIV.
Perez, your heading is misleading. Vaccines do not always equal a cure. There are plenty of diseases for which we have vaccines for but the vaccines do not cure the disease. They are still around and people still get them. For example, the flu vaccine, the Hep-B vaccine, the Measles and Mumps vaccines. This will help the situation if it works (i have my doubts), it will not immediately rid the world of HIV.
