Usher's Wife Fights Back In Court

Mom always knows best. And Usher should have listened to his mom when she objected to him marrying Tameka Foster!
The couple reportedly split up in July 2008 after just 11 months of marriage.
But hey, Tameka was smart. She popped out two kid$ within a year!
Despite the split and troubled marriage, Mrs. Usher claims to have been surprised when he filed for divorce last month. Especially because she claims they had "been intimate" less than a week before the papers were filed.
In fact, the babymomma is denying claims the couple had split back in July of last year.
In her court documents just filed, Tameka says she "had every reason to believe her marriage was intact" and that two were "intimately together as husband and wife as recently as June 6."
Puh-lease. Just cause he sleeps with you doesn't mean he still loves you!
Though when it comes down to the divorce settlement and her alimony, we're sure she's gonna fight hard to prove they'd been "happily married" until now.

I think it's just really really sad that you are attacking the woman who DID NO WRONG, instead of the man WHO DID WRONG. I mean the guy was sleeping with her and out prowling for other women and then divorces her just after she gave birth to his two kids. What kind of a Dad/Man is that? Who on earth would want to put their kids through that stress…and even his wife, regardless if he doesn't love her anymore….she is the person who takes care of his children right…they'll see and feel the stress.

She had 3 kids with her first husband over the course of 5.3 years. She's had 2 kids with Usher over the course of 3.7 years. I keep hearing Kanye's "Golddigger" in my head! For financial reasons, she's smart to have all her children live with her. But, Usher would be real smart if he got custody of his boys.
