With his kicks on the back burner and no talk of any new music coming out, Kanye West has some free time on his hands. Clearly not stimulated enough, a source tells Us Weekly that Kanye has been folding T-shirts interning at the Gap offices in NYC to learn about the fashion industry.
The source says: "He works all the time, and one Friday night recently he stayed until 12 a.m.! He is learning the fashion business from the inside and trying to do it quietly."
So much for that.
It doesn't matter anyway; this is such a sham! We're sure he gets all kinds of preferential treatment. No chance he goes for coffee runs or makes copies. In fact, we'd bet money the only grunt work he is doing happens when he gets home to his GF Amber!

He's involved with so much. It must be hard to manage an empire that's growing as fast as his. Say what you want but there's a lot that can be learned from him from a marketing standpoint.

Why are we all bashing him for working hard at something. He makes great music from his hard work, and I bet he will make great clothes. At least he is trying to really get his hands in there and learn the business. I mean, we make fun of those celebs that decide to start a fashion line with ZERO experience.
