The odds of nabbing a ticket to Michael Jackson's memorial are now slimmer!
Paper thin, even.
The lottery was originally only open to residents of the States, but the drawing to win two tickets to the memorial at LA's Staples Center on Tuesday is now open to the entire world.
According to the new rules, "additional legal terms have been incorporated into the conditions of entry to allow non-U.S. residents the opportunity to register for the random ticket drawing."

this just really pisses me off, and i dont give flying fuck if i sound selfish!! 1st i tried to get tickets to his 30th aniversary show in NY back in 2001…didn't work, too expensive. then FINALLY got my promo code on a monday to claim my ticket for his london show and he ups and dies on thursday, and know this!!!! i registered yesturday but highly doubt now that i'll get a ticket! i guess its just not in stars to ever see any Michael Jackson show!!! agrhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!!!
I hope Perez does not get tickets to the MJ memorial. He has treated MJ like scum for as long as he has been blogging. He would only go so he could say he was there. I'm trying anyway. Why? Not because I am a crazy freak, it is because this is history in the making. I think this will go down in history and be burned in everyone's mind, like Princess Diana's wedding or JFK's funeral. Heck, I wasn't born for any of this, but it is still something that I can recall seeing on tv being played over and over!
MJ was superstar. His family and friends realize that his fans were a big part of his life and they want them to have a venue to express their grief and get their emotions out about MJ. If I get tickets, I will promptly buy lotto tickets after this, lol.
I think it's absolutely stupid. They should have just put him on display for like a week or something like they due others, and let people that can go see him go, and those who can't..can't. THey're making this worse that it really has to be.

I am getting sick and tired of reading/hearing the negative criticism and scrutinizing of Michael. What gives people the right to falsely accuse him of any wrong doing. He was no pedofile. He wasn't a child molester. What gives anyone the right to say he was. People were jealous of his talent and success. They went after his money. Its such bullshit that people will stoop so low to hurt another person emotionally and his reputation. The man was the King of Pop. The best ever and will go down in history as that. No one will ever surpass MJ. MJ had an up and down life. He struggled and was abused by his father. Later to be accused of molesting a child. All Michael wanted to do was help this world and he succeeded. He broke the racial barrier and was the best humanitarian ever. Unfortunatley, he wasnt able to get rid of the demons. He wasn't able to overcome his insecurities. His fathers abuse, false accusations and all the criticism on his surgeries ultimately helped to kill him. People need to shut the hell up. If you have nothing nice to say than shut up. I love you Michael!!!! You will absolutely be missed. Rest in Peace my brother. No one can bother you anymore.

That is know more then right or fair, Michael Jackson, did not just belong to the United States but the entire world. Therefore I am glad they opened it up to the world too have a chance. Michael would like it as that he loved all people; no mater if they even lied on him. He still showed compassion. People do not know just how much they hurt Michael, he already hurt fromsome of his childhood life. Then falling off stage making his body hurt too, but mental hurt is the deepiest.
