Through lots of hard work and dedication, we think we look like a completely different person today. We are very happy with our results, and we've still got a lot of more work to do!
Going shirtless last 4th of July was a great motivator, and doing it again this year was a great way to hold us publicly accountable to ourself.

And, I seriously give you all the props in the world for working hard to better your body BUT, in the same token, you should understand what it's like to be overweight yet, you dog on others such as Jessica Simpson for her battle with her weight. I hope you think seriously before you do that again!!!! Anyway, good job so far and I wish you much success in going further to get more in shape;)
