Supermodel/TV host Heidi Klum strolled through the West Village in NYC this weekend with quite the belly on her.

Klum is expecting baby number three (a girl!) with husband Seal any day now, we would assume!

Heidi sure is workin' that gorge new mommy ~~glow~~ tittays!
