Looks like it doesn't pay to be a criminal.

Nick Prugo, one of the douchebags involved with Rachel Lee and others as part of the Hollywood Hills roberies, is apparently in a bit of danger.

Prugo, along with Lee and others, was responsible for the thefts at many celeb homes, including the homes of Lindsay Lohan, Audrina Patridge, Paris Hilton, and Rachel Bilson.

But after he got caught, he turned in others involved with the crimes and now he's been receiving numerous death threats.

According to his attorney, Sean Erenstoft, Prugo's been placed in protective custody. Adding, "Multiple law enforcement agencies are involved in the protection of Nick Prugo and his family."

Great, some a-hole robs from the rich and now everyone else has to pay to keep him protected!

Michael Lohan released a tape of daughter Lindsay Lohan's ex-assistant, Jenni Muro, in a major confrontation with the deadbeat dad about Lindsay being in "grave danger."

Muro is outraged at Michael's decision to release the tape saying that it was a total violation of hers and Lindsay's privacy. Now she plans to send Michael a cease and desist letter for secretly taping the conversation.

Muro also said that his releasing the tape was "way beyond low" and that it was edited and taken out of context, which comes as no surprise to anyone really.

We can think of much harsher descriptions that "way beyond low" for Michael Lohan, but we agree with Muro.

You're a real scumbag, Mike and you should be SO ashamed of yourself!

Don't compare Adam Lambert to any of the other IdolDavid Cook or Chris Daughtry.

Hell no! They are WAY too tame for our Glambert!

If you are looking to make a comparison, keep it to his tastes, like Beyonce!

Glambert knows that people have somewhat mixed views of how he is managing his image, but he insists he is no different than the fierce diva in how he works it out:

"People look at me and immediately say, 'Oh, he's doing the musical-theater thing,' " he explained. "But if you look at most female pop stars right now, how are they any less theater? Beyoncé is doing 'Single Ladies' with two girls in character shoes and leotards, doing [Bob] Fosse choreography from 'Sweet Charity' and 'West Side Story.' "

Still, though he channels his inner Beowulf for his style, his music is still all about the rock:

"The dress-up supports that; the fantasy element supports it. People want to talk about whether I have rock cred, whether I'm selling out, the theatricality, the gay stuff. … Chill out! And just enjoy yourself."

It was just announced that Gwyneth Paltrow will be replacing Charlize Theron in The Danish Girl. The film is about the first post-operative transsexual.

Nicole Kidman will be portraying Einar Wegener, husband of artist Greta Wegener. The story goes that Einar stood in for a female model was set to paint. The portrait was such a success that Greta encouraged her husband to continue posing as a woman and in 1931, he shocked the world by undergoing a sex change operation.

If every man who had a sex change operation came out looking like Nicole Kidman, there would be a lot more yoni walking around!

It seems like this a much more deeper films than either of them has ever attempted. We're excited to see how it works out.

In Sony's desperate attempt to find projects for their alternative content division, the Hot Ticket, they will be releasing a Kenny Chesney concert in 3D.

Golly, color us excited!

Kenny Chesney: Summer in 3D will have a limited engagement to begin April 2010, which includes footage shot in Pittsburgh, Philadelphia, Seattle, Foxboro, Massachusetts and Indianapolis using 22 3D cameras.

According to Rory Bruer, president of worldwide distribution for Sony Pictures Releasing, "Kenny Chesney is one of the most popular performers in the world, so we thought he was a great choice for a Hot Ticket presentation. (The film) is the perfect way to experience the intensity (of a Chesney concert) even closer than the front row."

But, Kenny likes anything that gives him a little depth!!

"It was an amazing — and at times scary — experience to have cameras that close, in the air, in a blimp … (because) they're everywhere," noted the country singer.

And just when we thought it couldn't get any uglier!

Peter Andre is furious with ex-wife Jordan as she recently revealed she had an abortion while they were married last year!

Apparently, a doctor told her that there were "complications" with her pregnancy so she made the decision to have an abortion, even though Pete is adamantly against it.

Jordan said in the interview:

"I've lost quite a few babies with Pete and I've had to have terminations with Pete. When I fell pregnant after surgery, my body wasn't ready for it. I'll always be worried that I will miscarry again."

Pete sees her revelation as "the ultimate betrayal" and thinks its despicable that she told something so private for money. Jordan was reportedly paid 50,000 pounds for the interview.

A source says:

"Pete has always been passionately anti-abortion and Jordan knows that. It's terrible she feels the need to talk about this so publicly. It drags up a whole lot of emotions for Pete when he just wants to move on. Pete keeps thinking about those lost children. Everyone knows how much he loves kids. It's so insensitive. And she wonders why the marriage is over."

According to her friends, Jordan is VERY casual about contraception and has had more than one abortion and several miscarriages already!

Jordan is also rumored to appear on the latest installment of I'm A Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here that begins next Sunday for 450,000 pounds! She appeared on the show back in 2004, which is where she met Pete.

Andre will undoubtedly be taking care of the kids while she's away.

Pete's certainly coming out of this divorce looking MUCH better than his ex-wife!
