Madonna was caught sneaking out the back door of Locatelli's in London on Monday night with both Stella and Paul McCartney in tow and a book under her arm.
Was it story time at dinner?
While M and Stella headed out the front, Sir Paul exited the restaurant out the back to avoid the photogs.
The Queen of Pop resumes her Sticky & Sweet tour in Manchester tonight.

She got a horrendous reception in London, boos and jeers. She wouldn't go on stage until the temperature was changed and made the concert start late and people unable to get home or face expensive taxi rides home. She's a selfish bitch

I'm sure the fact that Madonna has this friendship with Stella McCartney has nothing to do with Paul being Stella's father. Stella is supposed to be a superb designer who everyone raves about and yet I have not seen one design of hers that has ever been good. That's my own opinion of course.

Saw the show in London and was extremely disappointed. More of the same. It was like being at the Confessions Tour again. Save your money for a better concert experience. No wonder she is having to cancel some shows.
