Listen above to a song by the Black Eyed Peas off their new album, The E.N.D., called Party All The Time.
The music apparently is a stolen sample of the song Mancry from the act Freeland, which can also be heard in the clip above for comparison.
According to reports, B.E.P. member and producer Will.I.Am was at an event last year where Freeland performed this song in question.

Black Eyed Peas had reasonable opportunity to hear the origonal, they sampled without permission, and the sample is used heavily thoughout the song. Done. I didn't know about them til Perez starting whining about them, then I looked them up and listened to some of their music out of curiosity. Just a brief exposure was all I thought I'd need but I was hooked immediately and kept playing some of their tunes in my head the rest of the day… now I find that I look forward to seeing their videos too! I am a 45 year old grandmother and this is unheard of for me!! It's great!

guys, its not just the notes, its the same instrument used to produce them and also the same length of each note in each song. they are EXACTLY the same. a complete replica of each other, and if they did not reference Freeland for sampling that song, they will get sued and probably will lose.
