All we know is the lawyers have been called and are getting involved with this dramz.
Listen above to a song by the Black Eyed Peas off their new album, The E.N.D., called Party All The Time.
The music apparently is a stolen sample of the song Mancry from the act Freeland, which can also be heard in the clip above for comparison.
According to reports, B.E.P. member and producer Will.I.Am was at an event last year where Freeland performed this song in question.
We totally hear it!

It's not so much that its just three notes/a simple chord progression. It's the fact that the rhythm (albeit incredibly simple) is exactly the same…put the two together on a copyrighted, hit album…their will be controversy…the reason YOU didn't get sued for plagiarism is because you didn't record it and call it as your own. It makes sense. Vanilla Ice and Queen/David Bowie went through this whole ordeal years ago with the 'Under Pressure' melody.
Lol i just listened to it with the volume up and it does indeed sound like they directly sampled it, and if the copyright on Freeland's piece didn't allow for sampling, than BEP are in trouble and deserve to be.
