In a new interview on Wednesday, the Black Eyed Peas pretty much admit to plagiarism, saying, "It was a lack of finalising legalities before releasing the record, clearance was not done and that was what it was about."

Yeah, that excuse won't fly in court!

We smell a big payout coming ASAP!
