Bravo Demands $$$ From NJ Housewives!

Bravo totally screws their reality television "stars" over!
More specifically, the gals of The Real Housewives of New Jersey, but it's safe to say probably all of the Real Housewives have signed a similar contract.
According to an unearthed contract the ladies signed in February of 2008, the cable network is not required to pay the New Jersey housewives for any appearances. That's fine, BUT, the real troubling part is…..
All the ladies must pay Bravo "10% of any and all gross income… unrelated to the Series" for four years after the airing of the last episode!!!!
Do U think the housewives read the fine print before signing???
Or was the instant "fame" that came along with appearing on the show too tempting to pass up???
We're going with the latter!

NJ was by far the worst of all the Housewives - they don't deserve ANY money!!! especially the "whore"!!!
seeing as these women were "nobody" in the entertainment industry, and are being promoted by bravo by being cast in the program, it doesn't seem to unfair to ask for a percentage of profits accrued post-show for the "leg up."
that being said, not compensating them for having their life/words edited to portray narrow minded ideas of people that suit the show's needs/targets a demographic is a bit unfair.
it's the fame… they refer to themselves as "having star qualities"… wtf?

The original rift between Danielle and 'the fam-a-lee' was she opted to have her own lawyer handle her negotiations instead of paying in and splitting the cost of the thick thieves' lawyer.

First of all how fucking stupid can you be NOT to have a lawyer look at a contract. And second these bitches aside from the short red head deserve to get fucked over. I loved this season and I hope there is a season 2!! Danielle was crazy though, i'm glad all the other housewives found out about here little book of secrets!
