Michael Jackson's Brain Still With Coroner

The cause of death on Michael Jackson's death certificate is listed as "deferred" while investigators continue testing the singer's brain.
"As soon as we are done with the brain, we will return it. There is a whole series of tests that will be done," said assistant chief coroner Ed Winter regarding the on going neuropathology testing.
Although it is not uncommon for the coroner to hold on to a brain or samples from it, it gives us the heebie-geebies!
Winters claims that many families delay burying their loved one until the brain has been returned, but he had no information regarding the Jackson family's wishes.
"The last I heard, they are not burying the body yet," said the coroner.
The death certificate does not state where Jackson will be buried.

I cannot believe all of this hoopla over a known pedophile. Yes he was talented…but he also had a room full of child pornography. Remember when they found that room during his trial when they searched his home???? Remember when the busloads of kids broght to Neverland Ranch quit coming because it was found that he was sleeping with the kids in his own bed??? So when the kids quit coming, he "purchased" his own. He didn't even adopt them…he paid the price and the lawyers delivered them to Michael Jackson of all people. Their mother essentially sold her own children to a known pedophile. Enough is enough. The young boys of this world are much better off without him. I hesitate what may have happened with his own "paid for" young sons.

Re: andoange – I don't agree with the way you handled your points, but I agree with the basis of some of what you said. Michael Jackson was a wonderful, irreplaceable musician - granted. But no one-NO ONE-can do anything they want. If anyone else were suspected of the horrific things he was suspected of no one would even consider granting him one second of slack. What if your child's teacher were accused of all the same things? Would you have any kind of problem with that? It is very hard to separate the bad from the good here.
