The Brad Pitt film Moneyball is back on, but with one big change!!!!

Steven Soderbergh out! Aaron Sorkin in!!!

When Sony pulled the plug on Moneyball due to unseen script changes by previous director Soderbergh, it seemed as though the film would never get made.

But, Columbia purchased the rights to Steve Zallian's original script and brought on Sorkin to direct.

The film stars Pitt as the manager of the Oakland A's and focuses on their new approach to evaluating talent.

Brad the Dad is still on board, despite his friendship and allegiance with Soderbergh.

Once the West Wing scribe, Aaron, puts his spin on the script, the studio is eager to go into production.
